All outlet product is considered FINAL SALE. No returns will be accepted. Prices, Product Offerings, and Policies are subject to change without notice.

Cushions/pillows are made to order and can require up to 12 weeks lead time. Cancellations are not allowed.

Gloster will reach out to customers in the unlikely event something on your order is unavailable.

 

OUTLET SHIPPING

Outlet orders ship free of charge within the contiguous United States. Services may include ground parcel service, residential curbside freight drop, or dock-to-dock. Actual shipping method is at warehouse discretion based on order. There are no premium or white glove services of any kind offered with outlet orders. To avoid delays in processing, please contact us at sales.ecare@gloster.com if your address will require special attention such as rugged/remote terrain, driveways in excess of 100 ft, or ferry service. There may be additional fees needed for these situations. Upon order completion, a shipping notice will be sent to the email address on file for the order.
