GLOSTER E-OUTLET TERMS & CONDITIONS All outlet product is considered FINAL SALE. No returns will be accepted. Prices, Product Offerings, and Policies are subject to change without notice. Cushions/pillows are made to order and can require up to 6 weeks lead time. No cancellations. Orders with White Glove have additional lead time, shipping charges, and forms, due before shipping. Gloster will reach out to customers in the unlikely event something on your order is unavailable.

 

OUTLET SHIPPING

Most outlet orders ship free of charge within the contiguous United States. Services may include ground parcel service, residential curbside freight drop, or dock-to-dock at warehouse discretion based on order. Please note that freight carriers will have final determination of delivery drop method. Delivery possibilities will include palletized freight at end of driveway or on curb near street depending on local area determined by freight carrier and driver on site.

There are no premium or white glove services of any kind offered with normal outlet orders. Customers wishing for personalized final delivery should contract their own White Glove delivery company and provide that receiver's address in the ship-to at time of order. Gloster considers all orders delivered once dropped at ship-to address provided.

To avoid delays in processing, customers not utilizing a receiving company should contact us at sales.ecare@gloster.com if there are anticipated issues with the ship-to address such as rugged/remote terrain, narrow or gravel driveways, or ferry service. There may be additional fees needed for these situations. Upon order completion and packaging, a shipping notice will be sent to the email address on file for the order. 

 

New for 2023: White Glove Delivery on Oversized Products

Orders containing oversized items noted as *White Glove Item* will require premium service delivery unless shipping to a receiver with VERIFIED LOADING DOCK AND FORKLIFT capability. Customers will be contacted via email address on file for order confirmation with additional freight cost, payment form, and information form to be completed and returned prior to shipping. Orders determined to require White Glove, but not meeting Gloster's requirements cannot be fulfilled.

 

REPLACEMENT CUSHIONS
